Quantity Surveyor – Lancashire – Main Contractor

Skilled Careers are excited to be partnered with a Main Contractor on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team based in the Lancashire region. This company is one of the UK’s fastest-growing construction companies, boasting a multi million pound turnover.

Our client is renowned for the high level of work they deliver and have a strong presence within the industry.

We’re seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join an team. You’ll receive ongoing support and guidance as you undertake various responsibilities

About you:

• Wealth of experience of relevant contracts – JCT/NEC/PPC.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or appropriate alternative.
• 5 years of experience in the industry working in a quantity surveying role.
• Successful procurement experience
• Re-measurement of high-risk packages and key trades.
• Knowledge of Financial/cost control leading or assisting in a relevant project.
• Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and construction industry.
