Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1

Quantity Surveyor – a leading UK contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from 20m to 120m.

The initial development is an industrial development in Swindon for one of their key clients – this is an exciting scheme where you will work as the commercial lead alongside the project delivery team ( 50m).

Requirements:
– Experience managing sub-contractor variations
– Experience working with a building contractor
– Experience dealing with final accounts
– Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
– Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
– Dealing with variations and valuations
– Input during pre-construction stage
– Production of CVRs

Salary & Package:
– Great basic salary of 60,000 – 70,000
– Company Car Allowance ( 6,000)
– Performance Related Bonus
– Annual Company Bonus

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from 20m – 120m.
