The M&E QS Role:
As the teams lead Quantity Surveyor, you ll take ownership of the commercial management of subcontracted M&E packages across a variety of projects. You ll be working in a collaborative office environment in Newington, surrounded by a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
• Review, negotiate, and oversee subcontractor packages for M&E works
• Track project costs and manage variations/claims
• Support tendering and procurement activities
• Handle contract administration and final accounts
• Work closely with project and technical teams to deliver commercially sound outcomes

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E or building services sector
• Commutable to the Kent office as a base
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Degree-qualified or qualified through experience
