We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
Level 2 Surveys
Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
Red Book Valuations
Bespoke Building Surveys
Private and Panel work
Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
Residential Surveyor Requirements
Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
Registered Valuer status essential
Proven track record in residential surveying
Strong attention to detail and report-writing accuracy
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
Working hours: remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available
Holiday allowance: 5 weeks plus 4 well-being days
