Hays is delighted to have been instructed to search for a senior or associate level, chartered building surveyor for a growing Birmingham business. With a exciting pipeline of projects in the Midlands, the business is hoping to double its headcount footprint in Birmingham to meet that demand. They are an integrated property consultancy specialising in delivering projects in the Education, Heritage, Local Government and commercial sectors, who are deeply passionate about being at the forefront of sustainable innovation and delivering high profile, prestigious projects that shape the future.

Your new role
As a senior or associate level building surveyor, you will be expected to share their commitment to creating sustainable, inspiring spaces and making a positive impact within the industry. You will join a collaborative team of industry leaders, and work with like-minded individuals who value your work.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have a degree in building surveying and ideally five further years of experience. You will also be MRICS chartered. Ideally, you will have some experience in the Education sector, and be client focused with excellent face-to-face relationship building skills.
