Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our client in Sout East London, interested? If so read on for more details.

Our Client: Well established construction consultancy who have offices throughout the UK

Projects: Commercial. Education, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, Hotels and Leisure.

Company Headcount: 50 – 100

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

* MRICS qualified

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience

* Ideally you will have previous experience of working on student accommodation, hotel and/or residential projects

* Experience of traditional building surveying i.e. spec writing, contract admin and report writing
