A highly reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office.

The Senior Building Surveyors’ role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a thriving consultancy that is dedicated to providing top-notch services to its clients.

This role involves working on a variety of projects, from commercial and residential to education and healthcare sectors.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive building surveying services, including defect diagnosis, condition surveys, design, and refurbishment projects.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Experience within a similar consultancy environment is preferred
• Ideally qualified with MRICS, but NOT essential
• A dedicated and proactive individual
