A global real estate firm is looking for a chartered building surveyor to join their Manchester team.

Your new company
This is an impressive, global real estate firm looking to grow their Manchester team. They are based in the heart of Manchester, with an easy commute on public transport. Their office is located within short walking distance from Piccadilly and Victoria train stations.
The Manchester office looks after a range of projects including commercial offices, industrial warehouses, retail and healthcare projects, both new built and refurbishments, so if you’re after a variety, you will definitely get it here.
Your new role
In this role you will deliver dilapidations, contract administration, and you will manage a variety of projects. You will be working as part of a team with a company that invest and looks after their staff, which has been evidenced by people coming back to this company on many occasions.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a degree-qualified, MRICS chartered building surveyor with strong abilities in dilapidations and contract administration as well as project management. You will be an ambitious individual looking to further progress in your career.
