The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

In this critical role, the Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, encompassing work with world-leading blue-chip clients, sports teams, automotive OEMs, groundbreaking R&D organizations, and prestigious academic research institutes. The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Ideally chartered status (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, MAPM).
• Significant experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy.
• The ability to manage a varied caseload, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Confidence in client development, with a proven track record of securing new clients and projects.
• High self-motivation, with a drive to excel in a competitive environment.
