The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The ideal Senior Construction Project Manager will take on the critical responsibility of collaborating with a diverse range of clients, both global and national, within the Healthcare sector.
Key aspects of the role include:
Expanding client relationships and providing tailored, high-quality services.
Managing the entire project lifecycle, aligning with the specific needs of healthcare sector clients.
Leading teams to deliver large-scale programs within the health sector.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB accreditation (preferred).
Experience with NEC 3 or 4 contracts, with accreditation being highly desirable.
A degree in Project Management or a related field.
A strong background in consultancy, particularly within the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven experience in managing teams and delivering large-scale healthcare projects.
