A highly respected Construction Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Liverpool.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The ideal Senior Construction Project Manager will take on the critical responsibility of collaborating with a diverse range of clients, both global and national, within the Healthcare sector.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Expanding client relationships and providing tailored, high-quality services.
• Managing the entire project lifecycle, aligning with the specific needs of healthcare sector clients.
• Leading teams to deliver large-scale programs within the health sector.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB accreditation (preferred).
• Experience with NEC 3 or 4 contracts, with accreditation being highly desirable.
• A degree in Project Management or a related field.
• A strong background in consultancy, particularly within the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven experience in managing teams and delivering large-scale healthcare projects.
