The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager manages a diverse portfolio, with a primary focus on supervising upscale construction projects in the Commercial, Retail, and Industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Construction Project Manager include the development and maintenance of all RIBA stages of the projects. In addition, they assume the role of team leader, providing guidance for the team’s success and monitoring the progress of junior staff members.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Ideally RICS, APM, CIOB chartered or hold intention of achieving
• Strong Consultancy background
• Degree in Project Management or Building Surveying
• Proficient IT skill
• Full drivers license required
