A dedicated Construction Consultancy is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to join their esteemed team in Bristol.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects of different sizes in the Commercial and Residential sectors, with projects typically ranging from £10 million to £30 million dependant on the complexity.

In this position, the experienced Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee the entire project process and monitor a team of Project Managers and junior staff. Their role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed with precision, meet deadlines, and stay within the allocated budget.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Preferred if chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS but not essential
• Construction Consultancy experience
• NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred)
• Strong client communication skill
• Hard-working and proactive#
• Successful track record of working on Commercial/Residential projects
