Are you an experienced Estimator / Surveyor looking for a new challenge in a specialist and highly respected division of the construction industry? We’re offering a long-term opportunity for a dedicated and commercially minded Senior Estimator/Surveyor to join our Property Services Division a team known for high standards, repeat business, and long-standing client relationships.

About the Role

This role focuses on insurance loss repairs and reinstatement works, including damage from floods, fires, water escapes, lightning strikes, and other building defects. Projects span domestic, residential blocks, educational, industrial, and commercial buildings, ranging in value from £10,000 to £500,000, with some schedule of rates projects from £20,000 to £100,000.

You’ll be involved in both tendered and negotiated works, working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The culture is built on mutual trust, long-term partnerships, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in construction estimating and surveying
• Good working knowledge of construction technology, JCT contracts, measured term contracts, and building regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A professional qualification is desirable
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, relationship-based working environment
