A dynamic and design-led cost consultancy, with a reputation for delivering premium commercial and fit-out projects across London, is seeking a confident Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their growing M&E division.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor’s Role

This is a key opportunity for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor who wants to lead exciting, fast-paced projects and play a hands-on role in the continued growth of a high-performing team.

You’ll be joining a dedicated MEP team of 15 within a wider consultancy of over 100 professionals, working across major Commercial, Retail, Fit-Out and Refurbishment schemes typically ranging from 5m – 25m+, with some exposure to Residential and Life Sciences.

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full ownership of your projects, act as the key client contact, and support in mentoring and developing junior team members – all while being backed by strong senior leadership and a collaborative, sociable office culture.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A strong MEP cost background, ideally within a UK consultancy environment
• RICS-accredited degree (Quantity Surveying or similar)
• MRICS is preferred but not essential
• Proven experience delivering Commercial Fit-Out / Retail / Refurbishment projects
• Ability to run multiple projects independently from pre- to post-contract
