Your new company is a leading UK house builder who have 30 operating businesses in England, Wales and Scotland. They’re a 5 star builder which is reflected in the quality homes that they produce. You’d be working for a highly successful and fast paced company.

Your new role
You’ll be joining the Commercial Team and be responsible for the financial management of sites for the region. Producing reports to allow senior management to establish site status. Some of your responsibilities will be that you’ll be responsible for 4/5 sites of varying complexity. As well as ensuring weekly payments are processed efficiently, producing site valuations, undertaking negotiations and liaising with other departments to ensure sites are running efficiently. Those are some of the key duties you’ll be responsible for.

What you’ll need to succeed
To qualify for this role, you’ll need a minimum of a HND/HNC in building related studies. Previous experience in the UK residential house sector is a must. You will need to have a full UK driving license, CSCS card, and be fully conversant with Microsoft Word & Excel. You need to have the ability to oversee multiple projects at different stages and have excellent project and time management skills.
