Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1

Senior Quantity Surveyor – a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

The Package:
– Basic salary of 72,500 – 77,500
– Company Car Allowance ( 6,000)
– 26 days annual leave (option to buy / sell up to 3 days)

Responsibilities:
– Commercial Lead on Design & Build projects 5m – 35m
– Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
– Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
– Dealing with variations and valuations
– Production of CVRs

Requirements:
– Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
– Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
– Experience managing sub-contractor variations
– Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from 5m – 20m.
