An architectural consultancy with a diversely skilled Quantity Surveying team are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office consisting of Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors and more.

You will be responsible for delivering Quantity Surveying services across the new build residential sector, as well as refurbishment, fire remediation and cladding projects from 3.5m – 50m.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also act as an Employers’ Agent, on JCT D&B schemes, working on legal claim work, and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS qualification
• Experience within the residential market is beneficial
• Employers’ agent experience would be desirable
• UK consultancy experience
