A leading Quantity Surveying consultancy, with several offices across the UK, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic, growing Epping office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The Partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable carrying out a dual Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role on an array of projects across the including Culture & Heritage, Hotels, Offices, Retail, Education, Life Sciences & Health, Residential, and Sport sectors.

There is no shortage of interesting projects to get involved in! Based out of the Epping office 2-3 days per week and from home the remainder, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and support the team, taking a hands-on role and leading projects.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to have a more hands on role within a business with a clear route to Associate Director and a path to more responsibility such as wining work, networking, and building pipeline for the region.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
