Senior Quantity Surveyor – Exeter
HLC are currently working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Exeter who are actively seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
Our client operate across the UK, they provide multiple services including Cost Consultancy, Project management & Building Surveying across a wide range of sectors such as, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial & Rail.
Due to an increase in work load our client are now looking to grow their team in this region by appointing an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, the ideal candidate will have;
* A construction related degree
* A minimum 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
* Have completed, or be working towards, full accreditation with RICS or similar
* Experience winning work and developing new clients
* Have a full clean driving licence
