They are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious 10m+ refurbishment project of a delightful country home for a private client.

The Role

The successful candidate will take sole responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of the 10m+ project.
You will work closely with the project delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and cost management are effectively handled.
This role provides the chance to take ownership of a substantial project, supported by a collaborative and experienced construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of the 10m+ project.
• Procurement and contract administration for packages.
• Cost control, valuations, and reporting to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Collaborating with the project team to maintain high standards and meet client expectations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high end residential or luxury projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects independently.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
