A highly respected independent Building Consultancy is looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.
Your new role
The ideal candidate has recently passed their APC or is close to achieving their MRICS status.
This is a great role for someone looking to have a positive social impact through their work.
You’ll be working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to deliver social housing and community building projects.
You’ll be joining a small team reporting directly to the consultancy Directors, both of whom are APC Assessors and are passionate about the ongoing professional development of their team.
They are working on succession planning so the promotion potential in coming years is guaranteed for the correct candidate.
The role comes with a completely secure pipeline of work.
