My client is an independent and impartial asset valuation and advisory firm specialising in the valuation of plant equipment, and buildings for insurance purposes. Key Skills:

• MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer
• Broad range of valuations experience
• Insurance valuation experience is a benefit but not essential
• Independent working

Scope of the role:

• Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes (RCAs) across all sectors including stadiums, hotels, refineries, schools, chemical plants
• Full scope of the valuation from inspection to report
