The successful Strategic Asset Manager requires the following:
A focused collaborative approach to working within a team and a wider community.
A positive approach to excellent customer service, care delivery and a commitment to quality.
An excellent level of knowledge and understanding of strategic asset management in a social housing environment.
A thorough understanding of property investment and whole assets planning linked to robust business planning.
Significant experience of managing Asset Management Databases and the analysis of stock condition data.
Knowledge and experience of developing complex investment programmes.
Experience of leading a team and being able to motivate.
Competent decision maker.
Leader of change management and cultural change through leading by example.
Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effective delivery with stakeholders, through reports and presentations.
