Surveyor planned/reponsive repairs

My client, a leading known Housing Association based in Enfield are looking for a Repairs & planned Surveyor to join their team on a temp basis.

Duties will include: Responding to Emergency repairs, ensuring a high quality service whilst complying to social distancing rules. Surveying empty properties and bringing them back to a let-able standard. Ensuring properties are turned around in an acceptable timescale. Ensuring works are being completed in a timely manner and in accordance with budget constraint Rate

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years surveying experience HNC/HND building surveying or equivalent

Responsive or planned experience

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
