Job Responsibilities
Manage and deliver technical services and ensure compliance with standards. Work with contractors to meet performance targets set by Best Value Performance Indicators and Council Plans.
Person Specifications

• Must Have:

  • Experience in technical services management.

  • Knowledge of statutory compliance in building services.

  • Ability to work with contractors to achieve targets.

• Nice to Have:s

  • Familiarity with Best Value Performance Indicators.

  • Experience working in a council or public sector environment.
