rolling 3 month contract, extensions expected

The role:

Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy.
Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.

Essential Qualifications:

RICS Membership

Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive – If you don’t have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.

Desirable: Local government experience as a valuer
