Our client, one of the UK’s leading property consultancies are seeking Valuers to join them across the UK with a key focus across their Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester and London offices, as well as remote / home based Valuers anywhere in the UK. The Valuers will be working mainly on a commercial portfolio including healthcare, industrial units, hotels and retail to name just a few. The business themselves have over 25 offices across the UK, in excess of 500 staff. Services include but are by no means limited to; commercial agency, valuation, building surveying, property management and building consultancy.

These positions are open to individuals from newly qualified level through to Senior / Associate level.

Valuer Position Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 45k – 70k DOE (guide only- open to discussion depending on level etc.)
• 25 days holiday plus BH

Valuer Position Overview

• Work on a mix of loan security and regulated purpose valuations
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients
• Play an active role in the development of more junior team members
• Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision
• Properties will include but are by no means limited to; healthcare, industrial units, hotels and retail

Valuer Position Requirements

• MRICS qualified (open to candidates who are close to qualifying)
• Commercial valuation experience
• Excellent written report writing skills
• Competent in Excel and Word
• Full driving licence
